Julia Duenes (81) has lived in one of the now renovated high-rise flats in Eastern Detroit since the mid 70's. She never had a lot of contact with the outside world. But in the last two years, Julia has become even more secluded from society. Actually her surrounding neighbors never see her come out of her home. Every day next door neighbour Matt breathes a sigh of relief when he gets home from work and  he hears the chicago P.D. Tune humming through the thin walls at 8 o`clock. Julia always loved watching all of these police drama series. Thanks to Chicago P.D., Matt no longer holds the guilt on his mind of the distinct aroma that arouses his nostrils and the piles of mail upon Julia`s doorstep.
