The wedding part 6

There she was, in all her glory drenched in chocolate sauce.

He had to restrain himself to not utter an amorous cry at the sight of the monstrous tower of dark culinary craftsmanship. He emotionally sank to his knees.

There was a note: "Congratulations and we wish you a great day! - Bakery Corbett '

Antony shoved his hands in the pie, and felt the creamy filling stroking his fingers. He grabbed a large piece of cake, stood up slowly and equally slow he brought it to his mouth. A tear crept down his cheek.
He was just about to take a bite when suddenly he heard a loud rumbling behind him. He turned around and dropped the piece of cake which landed with a soft splatsch between his bare feet.

His wife was sprawled on the corridor floor, her feet tangled in the black cloth, which he had thrown over birdcage. That cage was behind her pushed off the table by Rosie as she fell. The occupant of it was busy trying to figure out how gravity worked again and what role he played in the physical process.

Antony's mouth was open. He kept his knees bent inwards and held his cream covered hands up like he was being mugged. He saw Rosie looking up from the floor. A piece of his model aircraft stuck out from a wound next to her eye, where a thick, dark stream of blood gushed out, This ended up in the river of blood that left her rapidly swelling nose. One of her front teeth lay on the ground in front of her. Antony saw her eyes were filled with anger, not pain.

'YOU. THIS CAN NOT BE. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING. NO CAKE, WE HAVE TO LOOK GOOD TODAY! "Rosie yelled through the freshly, gaping hole in her mouth. 'NO CAKE! LOOK GOOD! NO CAKE! GOOD LOOK! "She tried to find a balance between expressing her steaming anger and a graceful way of getting up. She did not realize what was happening behind her. The parrot had figured out what was up and down again. He managed to flee the unlocked cage and in a storm of feathers and wings came flying straight at her. The beast tore a big tuft of blond hair from Rosie's skull, screaming the expected probability of precipitation in Jutland at her, it then rushed over Antony's head out the door in a furious flurry.

Antony watched him fly up into the air, he saw the bird push itself up higher and higher, his green plumage gleamed in the morning light. He felt a desire to follow him into the air, away from here. The parrot let his wings rest in the wind, visibly enjoying the freedom that the blue sky offered him, until he crashed into a landing spaceship. Two green feathers were all that remained of him - They fluttered down slowly.
